Polymer Insulation Products nv specialize in the manufacturing, marketing and sales of two-component polyurethane foams.
Based in Maldegem, Belgium, Polymer Insulation Products offers a wide range of polyurethane systems and equipment for the professional user. The FROTH-PAK™ polyurethane products, sold and produced in Europe by Polymer Insulation Products, are used for filling and fixing or for thermal insulation, e.g. roof insulation, reefer container repair, cold store room assembly, custom made display cabinets, marine applications, refrigerated trailers, decoration applications, etc…
All FROTH-PAK™ products are easy to use and do not require a large investment in equipment. They are environmentally friendly as most two-components systems are also available in refillable cylinders. Our strategically placed office, manufacturing and warehouse capabilities enable us to provide our European customers with fast deliveries and a high level of technical service.

FROTH-PAK™ Spray Polyurethane Foam
FROTH-PAK™ Spray Foams are designed to fill and insulate large voids and surfaces. FROTH-PAK™ Spray Foams are dispensed using the INSTA-FLO™ gun for precise application. FROTH-PAK™ Spray Foams are available in a variety of sizes, from small aerosol kits to large refillable systems.
FROTH-PAK™ Spray Foams are chemically cured systems and the cure process occurs very quickly, generally within minutes. Due to their excellent adhesion properties they provide a continuous air barrier with excellent insulating and sound deadening properties. FROTH-PAK™ Spray Foams are available in a variety of specific formulations to meet customer requirements.

Environmentally conscious
Polymer Insulation Products continues to be a leader in innovations to minimize the impact on the environment. All the foam systems manufactured by Polymer Insulation Products, are designed within the guidelines of the Montreal Protocol of 1987. All our products are formaldehyde-free and contain no CFC's (Chlorofluoro-carbons).
Most of our products are available in formulations that meet or exceed local environmental regulations.
